What you can expect to find on these pages is a selection of solid iron balls, intended to be used to increase fitness, enhance dexterity, and improve your range of motion. At present we offer 2 sizes of balls, in 2 finishes, as single balls and as sets of three.

These balls are solid, heavy metal balls, made of cast iron. Used properly they can add strength to your muscles, improve fitness, increase cardiovascular health, build stamina. They can even help increase arc precision and ball control when used by jugglers.

Holding one or two Cast Iron Fitness and Juggling Balls© in each hand while walking jogging or running can add upper-body strength and increase cardiovascular stamina, in addition to burning more calories per mile. The increased exercise benefit can be enhanced by rotating two of our less heavy iron balls in one hand while walking, which can build finger dexterity and increase coordination.

Activities such as pen twirling, juggling and similar Dexterity Play activities can be enhanced with a hand and finger workout using our Cast Iron Balls. With two balls or four balls, holding two or even three in one hand, a dexterity exercise can be performed by moving the balls in a circle one direction and then back the other direction using slight changes in finger angle. (a core skill in contact juggling)

Accomplished juggling enthusiasts can use our Cast Iron Balls in their juggling sessions. Because these are heavy iron balls they should be used with caution as they can cause injury. Balls should not be thrown higher than one's chin while juggling, to avoid head injuries or broken teeth.

Used properly, with the balls thrown in low, controlled arcs, or with one Cast Iron Fitness and Juggling Ball© used to replace a conventional juggling ball, their use can increase juggling accuracy, and give jugglers more strength, stamina and pattern control as well as increasing cardio fitness.
